Bowen Blogging Workshop
I was at a workshop on bloggging (and other forms of social software) today. It was organized by Boris and Roland, of Bryght. They held it on Bowen Island, making my attendance easy.
Although not a huge number of people turned out, it was a fun workshop and full of both the basics and the cutting edge, as Boris and Roland led the participants through an introduction to blogs and blogging, culiminating in each person creating their own domain name and their own blog. The session also included some advanced topics, such as moblogging, and photo blogging. I even did some photoblogging from inside the session, using my flickr account and uploading from iPhoto. The bowenisland tag was popular, of course.
