Currently, we are in the initial consultation and ethical review phase with regard to pilot communities. By September 2006, we hope to have formal agreements in place, and begin the phase of acquiring funding, in-kind support, and participation from a number of government, commercial, and/or nonprofit organizations. Our field work/consultation process is tentatively scheduled to begin in Spring 2007.
