Gap Analysis of First Nation Technology Training

This paper analyses the gap between proposed technology training for remote First Nations as opposed to their capacity to make use of this training. The hypothesis is that mainstream education and training will not be successful in meeting the technology training needs of most remote First Nation communities. The paper asks if this hypothesis can be verified, and if so, what solutions can be identified to address the problem.
